回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結(jie)構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力與原(yuan)單筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單可行,廣(guang)泛應用于各個(ge)行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)(dan)筒體改為(wei)套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進入內(nei)至外筒體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外(wai)形(xing)總長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的熱量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱量,同時又(you)延長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用(yong)下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干燥(zao)效果(guo)(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的。
