三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)(ti)結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒散(san)發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒,沒有(you)達(da)(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
