回轉式三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)(jia)入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)(jia)上密(mi)封、保(bao)溫以及合理的(de)配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能(neng)力(li)與原單筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸發(fa)強度可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行參數合理,操作(zuo)簡(jian)單可(ke)行,廣泛應用(yong)于各個(ge)行業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和(he)熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端(duan)(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
