回轉式三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料的預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長(chang)濕(shi)料在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理的配(pei)套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先(xian)進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操(cao)作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各(ge)個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘干機體的(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該機工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機體Z形往(wang)復(fu)折(zhe)流(liu)后(hou),充(chong)分利用熱(re)能烘干物(wu)料后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
