回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)式烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對(dui)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復(fu)折流后,充(chong)分利(li)用(yong)熱(re)能烘干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由(you)電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量,同(tong)時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
