回轉式(shi)三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部結構(gou),增(zeng)加入機前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕料在機內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加上密封(feng)、保溫以(yi)及合理(li)的(de)配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生(sheng)產能力(li)與原(yuan)單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度(du)可(ke)(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行參數合理(li),操作簡單可(ke)(ke)行,廣(guang)泛(fan)應用于各個(ge)行業的(de)礦(kuang)渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)(di)面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)(you)延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到干(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥效果(guo)(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥效果(guo)(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥目的(de)。
