回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品(pin)結構
三筒式烘干(gan)機是通過(guo)對單筒烘干(gan)機的單筒體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒,以縮短烘干(gan)機體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時,物料(liao)和熱(re)(re)氣流依(yi)次(ci)進(jin)入內至外筒體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利(li)用熱(re)(re)能烘干(gan)物料(liao)后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在(zai)(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延(yan)長(chang)了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)(ru)(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)(you)此(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。
