回轉式(shi)(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)(jia)上(shang)密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及合理的配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運(yun)行(xing)(xing)參數(shu)合理,操作簡單(dan)可(ke)行(xing)(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為(wei)套疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘干機(ji)(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往(wang)復折(zhe)流后(hou),充(chong)分(fen)利用熱能烘干物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒體部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒體的(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其筒體外形總長度約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由(you)電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時(shi)又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入(ru)(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
