三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相(xiang)當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度(du)地減(jian)少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆(ni)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多(duo)回路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)燥目的(de)。
