三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪帶與托輪支承,由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
