回(hui)轉式(shi)(shi)三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)(liao)的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理(li)的(de)配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與(yu)原(yuan)(yuan)單筒(tong)式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行參數合理(li),操作簡單可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各(ge)個行業(ye)的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體的外形尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)(du)約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散(san)(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)(san)發的熱量,又(you)(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱量,同時又(you)(you)延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的。
