三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到(dao)充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該機的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是(shi)在(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總(zong)體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的抄(chao)板下(xia)(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多(duo)回路(lu)方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的。
