大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)(de)截面得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度地減(jian)少(shao)占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了(le)干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱風(feng)作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒(mei)有(you)達(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
