三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
