回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構(gou),增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長(chang)濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以及(ji)合理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數(shu)合理,操作(zuo)簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料和(he)熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由(you)電(dian)機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而(er)(er)落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)(er)不能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
