回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部(bu)結構(gou),增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時間,再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參(can)數(shu)合理,操作(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于各(ge)個(ge)行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套(tao)疊(die)在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體的(de)外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體部分(fen)由(you)三個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒體的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒體外形(xing)總長度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電(dian)機直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)層,實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層的抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層既充分吸收內(nei)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的熱(re)(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)(re)(re)量,同時又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層另一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
