回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部結(jie)構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長(chang)濕料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合理(li)的(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積(ji)蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行參數合理(li),操作(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于各個行業(ye)的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套(tao)疊(die)在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體的(de)外形尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依(yi)次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機體Z形往復折(zhe)流后(hou),充(chong)分利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱量,同時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的濕(shi)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥目的。
