回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)和熱氣流依次(ci)進入(ru)內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)后再(zai)卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平(ping)放(fang)置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約(yue)為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面積和(he)廠房建筑(zhu)面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的抄板下(xia)不斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了(le)干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥目的。
