回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構(gou),增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕料的(de)(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及合理的(de)(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單(dan)(dan)筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強(qiang)度(du)可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行參數(shu)合理,操(cao)作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛(fan)應用于各個行業的(de)(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過對(dui)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒體改為(wei)套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時,物料和熱(re)(re)氣流(liu)依(yi)次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外筒體,在機(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就使筒體的截面(mian)(mian)(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒體外形總(zong)長(chang)度約為與之相(xiang)當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓固定連接(jie)(jie)。
工作原理
