回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。

三(san)筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)(de)(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物(wu)(wu)料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒體部分由(you)三個同軸水(shui)平放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒套(tao)疊組成(cheng),這就使筒體的截面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用(yong)。其筒體外形總長(chang)度約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體(ti)(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工(gong)作原理
物料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)(fang)式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物料(liao)(liao)在此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
