三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截(jie)面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重(zhong)而不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
